100% recycled, recyclable, and home compostable packaging

We believe that plastic and fossil fuels are ruining our global environment, so we are doing everything we can to reduce our impact. We ship our items in 100% recycled padded paper mailers that can be either reused, home composted, or 100% recycled again. We realize that fossil fuel use is necessary (at the moment) for an online business like ours to ship our products to our customers, but we are working hard to find shipping companies that are also dedicated to reducing their impact on the environment, and also hope to become a 100% local business, to sell only to customers within a certain distance from where we live so that we don’t have to rely on shipping companies, cars, or aircraft to get our work to where it needs to go.

Shipping options

In order to ensure a return/replacement if your package is lost or damaged in the post, you must upgrade to registered (tracked/signed) shipping at checkout. All orders that select free shipping are not insured against loss/damage and will not be sent tracked/signed.

We have changed our shipping policy to allow you the most options, and to allow us to offer our products at the lowest possible prices. As tracked/signed shipping is very expensive, we cannot, as a small business, offer it as a free service. We hope you understand.

Paid shipping | Recommended

We highly recommend choosing this option! Your item can be refunded, returned, or exchanged if it is lost or damaged in the post if you select this option at checkout. All orders that select paid shipping are sent via Registered post by AnPost (tracked/signed for).

Free shipping | Not recommended

If you choose this option, your item cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged if it is lost or damaged in the post. All orders that select free shipping are sent via Standard post by AnPost (not tracked or signed for).

We do our best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will vary.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on products shipped via “Registered” post only

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has dispatched

Because of the nature of personalized or custom orders, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for them unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
